Your profile is about to get a new face - literally. We’re introducing the new Collectible Commander Portraits, giving you the power to choose from a curated collection of WWII-themed avatars to represent yourself both in-game and in the menus. Whether you want to channel the grit of a frontline soldier or the sharp look of a decorated officer, your new avatar will march with you into every battle.
Alongside the new Commander Portraits, we are giving key parts of the interface a significant overhaul to make room for your new look. The result is a sleek look that keeps the WWII atmosphere while making your profile shine. Coming soon, this refreshed design will roll out first on mobile, with desktop set to receive the upgrade soon after.
Event Maps reworked
Starting this month, we’re rolling out a new event map schedule to give you more ways to play Call of War in your own way.
- Weekends will feature high-intensity speedmaps for those who crave rapid action, bold maneuvers, and decisive battles.
- Weekdays will host slower-paced Scenario Maps, perfect for deep strategic planning and long term nation building.
We are also adjusting sign-up periods for the scenario rotation, to make sure you have enough time and flexibility to partake in all your favourite maps..
Over the coming months, you can expect a slew of new and reworked event maps and scenarios, each designed to bring fresh challenges and opportunities for glory. Whether you prefer the chaos of all out war or the patience of crafting intricate diplomatic relations, you’ll be able to curate your battlefield experience to your preference.
