Attention Commanders
This patch brings a variety of improvements, including enhanced sea visuals and colors, overall performance optimizations, and general UI and text alignment polishing. Key additions include a new animated Officer banner on desktop, a detailed Officer progression popup showing levels and upgrade costs, and a resized Chemical cruise missile for better visibility on mobile. Numerous fixes have also been applied to improve gameplay consistency, interface reliability, and real-time data across the game.
Changes
- Reworked the size of the Chemical cruise missile to make it more visible on mobile
- A new Officer banner has been added to desktop
- A new Officer progression popup has been added, showing the details of each level and upgrade costs.
- The Legacy Menu has been replaced and the new Modern Menu is now the default experience for all players
We've also rebalanced the long awaited Naval AWACS to have performance equivalent to AWACS but reduced combat range as trade off. We've also Improved Population, alongside with Hospital's Population growth bonus, and Recruiting office's Manpower generation.

Fixes
- Fixed the issue where alliance leaders who sent a challenge were unable to join and participate in the game.
- Fixed the issue where the Army Info Popup did not display Officer Enhancements on mobile, now showing them grouped by source when an officer is present.
- Fixed the issue where Army Effects from Officers were not properly displayed, now showing both active and inactive tokens for players and enemies with improved scaling.
- Fixed the issue where the timer on 4x scenarios was not accurate on desktop, now displaying correctly at 4x speed.
- Fixed the issue where nuking the Evolved incorrectly reduced player population morale, now ensuring morale is only impacted when nuking normal nations.
- Fixed the issue where right-click did not consistently cancel waypoints or missile launch attempts.
- Fixed the issue where speed calculations for officer-buffed aircraft were displayed incorrectly.
- Fixed the issue where the desktop Diplomacy popup showed incorrect VP, it now updates in real time.
- Fixed the issue where resources available after disbanding were not displayed correctly.
- Fixed the issue where the graph for the Ranked statistics did not update properly.
